WHEN REQUESTING SERVICE, PLEASE BE ADVISED
THAT YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A VERBAL AGREEMENT, ACKNOWLEDGING
OUR POLICIES, RATES & TERMS AND AGREEING TO PAY FOR
SERVICES PROVIDED BY
RELIABLE ICE EQUIPMENT INC.
OUR STANDARD RATES:
COMMERCIAL SERVICE CALL CHARGE:
$98.00
Travel to location and up to 1/2 hour of diagnostic labor.
LABOR RATE
$95.00
Flat rate/ Any part of an hour
STANDARD SCHEDULING
All calls received Monday thru Friday before 12:00 noon,
are scheduled for a same day next day
ESTIMATED arrival estimate.
You will receive a call from our technician when in route.
TERMS:
Unless a pre-approved account is on file, service call
charges and all approved charges are due upon completion
of work. Business checks and most major credit cards accepted.
PO# prior to providing service, is required for all major
organizations, including national chain accounts, hospitals,
colleges, etc
PO# not to exceed 30 days.
All open accounts are set on a standard net 15 days and
are not to exceed 30 days without prior approval.
OUR STANDARD WARRANTY:
(Repairs)
Reliable Ice Equipment unless otherwise indicated on work
order or invoice, will warranty replaced parts for a period
of six months and will warranty the labor to replace those
parts for a period of thirty days. Warranty covers only
replaced parts listed on work order or invoice. Cleaning
& maintenance parts, including any type of miscellaneous
materials or labor, are not covered by warranty.
Reliable Ice Equipment Inc. is not responsible for loss
or replacement of product (ice, food, etc.)
and or damage to equipment or property caused by a failure
of replacement parts.
